Over the weekend my husband Conrad and I decided to visit the AMC Theater at Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was the perfect date night because it was raining outside so it set a very moody vibe. Conrad and I decided to take a break from the gym date nights to dress up as James Bond & his kickass “very pregnant” Bond girl. I think we nailed it….Little black silky dress & all. After seeing the movie it inspired me to come up with some badass workout moves for you baddies.
All Bond Babes have three things in common: beauty, brains and to-die-for bodies. And as Paloma in No Time To Die, premiering this month, Ana de Armas fits the profile-especially considering her killer legs and combat action moves. Want ’em?
Start of by doing side squats with a resistance band. My husband, Conrad Quinter aka @FitLifeConrad on Instagram, is a functional fitness expert and he says, “You get stronger glutes, your booty will pop, your inner legs will get nice and toned, and you will feel strong and stable when you walk and squat. You will skyrocket like a jet with speed and balance.”
Ana de Armas found her character empowering in No Time To Die.
Wrap a medium resistance band around your ankles or just above your knee’s. Stand with feet hip-width apart, abs, and glutes engaged and hands held at your hips or hold them like a bond girl–ready to take her targeted shot. (Just kidding.)
A. Squat, then take a giant step to the left without letting knees cave in. Step right leg in toward left, maintaining enough space so band remains taut.
B. Perform 10 reps; avoid rocking your body and pelvis as you walk. Reverse the motion, stepping out to the right 10 times. Do 2 sets 3 times a week to score a great bod & booty in as little as 6 weeks.
Oh, & as for the movie. It was amazing! I say it is a must see!!
Cute pictures and thanks for the leg workout tips!! I want to go see the movie too!
