Jeff Kulek, General Manager at The London West Hollywood, created magical memories for one lucky couple.

Jenna Quinter was in Los Angeles on a business trip when she approached Jeff Kulek, the General Manager of The London West Hollywood, to ask for a new mask. The conversation evolved once he found out Jenna had recently tied the knot but wasn’t able to go on her honeymoon due to the pandemic. She and her now-husband (both residents of West Palm Beach, FL) were originally set to marry on May 22, 2020, but like many, had to postpone their nuptials due to COVID restrictions. They pivoted their plans and opted for a November outside “micro-wedding” on a Fort Lauderdale beach with close family and friends.
As the conversation between Kulek and Jenna continued, he discovered that not only had the couple’s wedding and honeymoons plans shifted but Jenna also experienced the loss of her job, the loss of her grandmother (who helped raise her) and the loss of her husband’s step-mother–and in the midst of everything, the couple was forced to move proving 2020 to be an incredibly difficult year for the two of them.
On the spot, Kulek handed a gift certificate to Jenna for a week-long complimentary stay at Vivienne Westwood-designed Penthouse for the newlyweds to use for their future honeymoon. Touched by his generosity, Jenna immediately burst into tears. And while it’s been a tough year for hotels financially, Kulek wanted to take a moment to give back. The 11,000 square-foot penthouse is the largest in Los Angeles, featuring a two-story rooftop oasis boasting the ultimate California experience. The couple will spend a week in bliss, taking in the 360-degree city views from the rooftop deck, which includes a massive outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen and rooftop shower, lounging in the massive media room, luxury master bathrooms and experiencing all the VIP treatments one could imagine.
